What materials do you use?
All jewelry is handcrafted using high-quality copper or sterling silver and natural gemstones and minerals.
How do I care for my metal jewelry?
Copper and Sterling Silver naturally develops a patina over time. To maintain its shine, gently polish with a soft cloth. Avoid exposure to water and harsh chemicals.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship both within the US and internationally. Shipping costs and times vary by location. See additional information below.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Copper and Sterling Silver jewelry is generally well-tolerated, but if you have metal sensitivities, please consult with your Doctor before purchasing. All earring wires are 926 Sterling Silver.
Shop Policies
Shipping
Most items are ready-made; custom pieces are made to order and handcrafted. Creation time for custom orders can take up to 14 business days unless a product page states otherwise. Often pieces are ready sooner, frequently within a week. If you have a deadline, please contact me to discuss options. I do not offer rush service for custom orders — each piece is handcrafted after the order is submitted, and your patience is appreciated.
If you need a non-custom (ready-made) item delivered sooner, expedited shipping is available at the buyer’s expense.
All U.S. purchases include tracking and carrier-provided insurance. I ship via UPS and USPS to minimize transit time and reduce the risk of damage. However, accidents can occur; all items are insured for their full value.
If your item arrives damaged, contact me immediately at Mysticrootsllc@gmail.com. Include photos of the damaged packaging and item so I can assist with a claim.
International Orders
All customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. I will not mislabel shipments as gifts. International orders are shipped insured.
If your country isn’t listed in the shipping-rate information, email me with your address details and the item you’re interested in; I provide a shipping quote and, when possible, a link to complete the purchase.
I do not ship to package-forwarding companies and reserves the right to refuse any sale.
Note: International shipments refused due to high import taxes are typically not returned by postal services. Please confirm your country’s import charges before ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of my jewelry, refunds are not offered. If you are uncertain about a piece, please contact me prior to ordering—I’m always happy to answer any questions you may have!
Right of Refusal Clause for commissioned pieces:
The client may decline to purchase commissioned piecing time; however, any payments made prior to that refusal are non‑refundable.
Please contact me with any questions — I enjoy creating custom pieces and am happy to explain the collaborative process.
Mystic Roots reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason; in such cases the purchaser will receive a full refund.
Exchange or Store Credit
As a small, independent custom studio, I must remain firm on my refund policy. However, if you are unhappy with your piece, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss available options.
Please note:
- Requesting an exchange or studio credit does not guarantee approval.
- Mystic Roots reserves the right to deny any exchange or credit request.
- Mystic Roots does not refund or credit shipping in either direction for exchanges.
Ring Sizing
All rings are made to order in your specified size. If you are unsure of your correct ring size, please visit any fine jewelry store to be accurately measured before placing your order.
Online Live Sale Claims
Any claim placed during an online or live sale constitutes a commitment to purchase. Payment is due within seven days of the original claim.
Claims not paid in full within seven days will be canceled and items restocked. Customers who fail to pay for claimed items on two separate occasions will be prohibited from participating in future online or live sales."
